講演会「世界の宝庫・正倉院2026」 Seminar on Japan’s internationality seen in 8th-century treasures【京都美術工芸大学東山キャンパス南館3階KYOBIホール／KYOBI Hall, Kyoto Arts and Crafts University】

Why not learn about the precious treasures of Japanese Imperial family that have been preserved for approximately 1300 years at the Shoso-in Repository in Nara?
The Yomiuri Shimbun, Osaka, will hold a seminar to learn about the treasures from specialists on Sunday, September 27 at the KYOBI Hall in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto. The seminar, entitled “Shoso-in: The World's Treasure Repository 2026," aims to introduce significance of the treasures, especially their rich internationality, prior to the 78th Annual Exhibition of Shoso-in Treasures, scheduled from October 24 at the Nara National Museum in Nara.
We hope to welcome many participants with foreign roots by preparing English interpretation.
