Where can I find the office of Kyoto Media Support Center? What are the business hours?

The office is located on the Third floor of Kyoto Asahi Kaikan 427, Ebisu-cho, Kawaramachi-Sanjyo, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto JAPAN 604-8005 (Place)

It opens weekdays 8:45 am - 5:30 pm (not available from December 29 to January 3). Generally, it closes on Saturday, Sunday and Japanese public holidays. However, the Center will provide the services in case that it deems necessary (for example, accompanying on photo shooting).
